Massage Therapy
Whether you prefer the comfort of your own home or a private professional setting, Wise to Wellness offers therapeutic massage services tailored to your individual needs. My massage techniques are primarily provided to help with healing after injury, either independently or concurrent with Physical Therapy, to continue your recovery journey. I also offer therapeutic massages for those who may not be recovering from an injury, but need targeted therapy for pain relief and/or muscle tension release to help support injury prevention.
I specialize in remedial massage (hands on therapy which aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile), scar tissue massage, cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and localized deep tissue.
I do not bill insurance for massage, but I am able to provide you with a statement that you can send in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of your massage services (if your insurance provider allows).
Mobile Massage As a mobile Licensed Massage Therapist, I will come to you in the comfort of your own home! Mobile sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and are 60 or 90 minutes in length. All of the following add-ons are included at no extra charge:

In-Office Massage at Renoja Wellness Every Tuesday I offer in-office massage sessions at Renoja Wellness, located at 13375 Voyager Pkwy Ste 120, Colorado Springs, CO 80921 (in the Sprouts shopping area off North Gate). Sessions are available in 30, 60, and 90 minute options, all within a private, comfortable treatment room. All of the following add-ons are included at no extra charge:
