What should I expect? For mobile massage, you should expect to be comfortable and undress to your personal comfort level. I will provide the table and linens/towel to drape appropriately. For in-office massage at Renoja Wellness, you can expect the same personalized experience in a private, comfortable treatment room. All linens and supplies are provided. For Personal Training, you should expect to wear clothing that is loose and unrestrictive, and comfortable tennis shoes. We will work together with what you have in your home or apartment gym if you have access to more equipment.


How do I book a mobile vs in-office session? Mobile massage sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and can be booked through my booking link — simply select the Travel to Me option when booking. In-office sessions at Renoja Wellness are available every Tuesday and can also be booked through my booking link — simply select the Business Location option to get on the Tuesday schedule.


What is the difference between mobile and in-office sessions? The massage experience and techniques are exactly the same! The difference is simply location. Mobile sessions bring the massage table and all supplies directly to your home, while in-office sessions take place in a private treatment room at Renoja Wellness every Tuesday. Both options include all add-ons at no extra charge.


Where is Renoja Wellness located? Renoja Wellness is located at 13375 Voyager Pkwy Ste 120, Colorado Springs, CO 80921 in the Sprouts shopping area off North Gate. Parking is available in the shopping center lot.


How should I prepare my space? For mobile massage, please have an open space that can accommodate a massage table (approximately an 8x8ft space). For Personal Training, you will need an open area where you are able to lay down on your floor and have space around you to move forward and back and side to side (approximately a 10×10 space). These space requirements apply to mobile and in-home visits only. No preparation is needed for in-office sessions at Renoja Wellness.


What items will you bring to my home? For mobile massage, I will provide linens, massage table, and all lotions and add-on supplies. For Personal Training, I will bring a yoga mat, foam roller, small dumbbells, TheraBands, heart rate monitor, and more. We will incorporate any equipment that you have in your home as well.


What add-ons are included with my massage? All massage sessions — both mobile and in-office — include the following add-ons at no extra charge:

  • CBD Oil
  • Cupping
  • Dynamic Cupping
  • AchedAway Scraping Tool

Do you offer gift certificates? Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a wonderful gift for anyone in need of some self care. You can purchase a gift certificate directly from the Pricing page on my website using the Purchase Gift Certificates button towards the top of the page.


How do I pay for my session? Appointments are booked through a secure third party site (MassageBook) and a $25 credit card deposit is required to hold the appointment. When booking, simply select Travel to Me for a mobile session or Business Location for an in-office Tuesday session at Renoja Wellness. You are welcome to pay the remaining visit balance by charging the card used for your booking, or with cash or check at the time of your appointment.


What is the cancellation policy? You will need to give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. It is difficult to fill a last minute appointment time, so in order to help offset expenses, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card if you cancel within that 24 hour period or if I arrive to your home and you are not there. You may reschedule to another appointment time if you are outside that window with no cancellation fee.
