What should I expect?
Mobile Massage: Plan to be comfortable! You’ll undress to your personal comfort level, and I’ll drape you appropriately throughout the session. I bring everything — the table, all linens, lotions, and any add-on supplies. All you need to do is relax.
In-Office Massage (Tuesdays & Wednesdays): Parking is available out front. I’ll meet you in the waiting room please plan to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. Same as mobile, just undress to your comfort level and I’ll take care of the rest.
Mobile Personal Training: Wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive athletic shoes. I’ll bring equipment and we’ll work with whatever space and gear you have available at home or in your apartment gym.
How should I prepare my space?
For Mobile Massage, please have an open space that can accommodate a massage table (approximately an 8x8ft space). For Personal Training, you will need an open area where you are able to lay down on your floor and have space around you to move forward and back and side to side (approximately a 10×10 space). These space requirements apply to mobile and in-home visits only. No preparation is needed for in-office sessions at Homestead Direct Primary Care.
What items will you bring to my home?
For Mobile Massage, I will provide linens, massage table, and all lotions and add-on supplies. For Personal Training, I will bring a yoga mat, foam roller, small dumbbells, TheraBands, heart rate monitor, and more. We will incorporate any equipment that you have in your home as well.
What add-ons are included with my massage?
All Massage sessions — include the following add-ons at no extra charge:

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a wonderful gift for anyone in need of some self care. You can purchase a gift certificate directly from the Pricing page on my website using the Purchase Gift Certificates button towards the top of the page.
How do I pay for my session?
Appointments are booked through MassageBook. First-time clients are required to leave a $25 credit card deposit to hold their appointment. The remaining balance can be paid by charging the card on file or with cash or check at the time of your appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Because last-minute openings are difficult to fill, appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or missed entirely will be charged 100% of the service fee.
