Wise to Wellness designs personalized training plans for older adult clients.

Exercise can improve your health by reducing your risk of chronic disease, which ultimately allows you to enjoy an active lifestyle well into your later years.  I’m able to come to you and train you in your own home with as little equipment necessary.

I hold a Senior Fitness Specialist Certification from NASM, and with my background as a Physical Therapist Assistant, I’m very well suited to assist clients after they have been discharged from PT to continue strengthening and improving muscle imbalances. I help older adults take charge and be proactive by starting a fitness journey that will help prevent injury and disease by way of optimizing your health through exercise.  By tailoring a fitness plan specific to you and by respecting the needs of an aging body, we’re able to reach your goals without worry of injury from a traditional group training program.  We can decide if face to face training sessions are best, or if virtual or a combination of both is most appropriate.

I am here to help you reach your goals in a realistic time frame that best suits you!

Sessions will be approximately 45 minutes long.

The initial visit consists of a 60 minute first visit that includes any testing and assessments needed to establish your goals, and then a second 45 minute session we’ll schedule to go over your training plan developed between sessions.
